SUMMARY;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:Bate Cabelo! (Whipping Hair!) | OmeU
DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:Luís Knihs (BR, 2025, 72′)=0D=0ASprache: Portugiesisch Untertitel: Englisch=0D=0A=0D=0AHeadbanging ist seit den späten Siebzigern dokumentiert. Diese=0D=0Afarbenfrohe Dokumentation nimmt uns mit in die Drag-Szene São Paulos=0D=0Aund stellt eine ihrer berühmtesten Vertreterinnen vor – die=0D=0Aübrigens auch in Hamburg keine Unbekannte ist: Márcia gehörte eine=0D=0AZeit lang zum Ensemble des Pulverfass Cabarets.=0D=0A=0D=0AHeadbanging has been documented since the late 1970s, yet it was a=0D=0Amilestone when Márcia Pantera first presented her much more graceful=0D=0Aand lascivious=0D=0Ainterpretation of this dance form on stage in the early 1990s. At the=0D=0Atime, neither she, nor the São Paulo drag scene, realised that with=0D=0Athis iconic move, she had not only developed her own trademark, but=0D=0Awould also=0D=0Ainspire imitators and go on to become legendary. This colourful=0D=0Adocumentary takes us into the São Paulo drag scene and introduces us=0D=0Ato one of its most famous representatives – who, incidentally, is no=0D=0Astranger to Hamburg either: Márcia was part of the Pulverfass Cabaret=0D=0Aensemble for a time.=0D=0A
