Yoga for Families & Pregnant Women
As part of Hamburg's Family Day, The Shala, a yoga studio in Hamburg-Eimsbüttel, invites you to a special afternoon for the whole family.
Look forward to free mini-classes:
• 12:30: Family Yoga (for children aged 4 and over with an accompanying adult)
• 2:00 PM: Prenatal Yoga (for pregnant women)
• 3:15 pm: Parent & Baby Yoga (for parents with babies from 6 months to 2 years old)
Weather permitting, you can also expect games for children as well as tea and cake in our courtyard.
