Ursina Tossi: #TOUCH_LAB
Friday, 23/10/2026 / 06:00 PM - 08:00 PM / Kampnagel (6C)
- Free of charge
What touches in dance? How does touch create change? How are power structures reflected in touch? And how does touch become political action? In the #TOUCH_LAB workshop series, Hamburg choreographer URSina Tossi explores touch, radical empathy and transformation. Participants are encouraged to change their perspective, take their focus off themselves and engage with other bodies and ways of being. They experiment with using, describing, mirroring and embodying alternative senses. The monthly TOUCH_LAB invites people to move, to familiarise themselves with artistic practices and to share their research. It is part of the research for URSina Tossi’s next dance piece, which is aimed at blind, visually impaired and sighted audiences.
