The Neue Philharmonie Hamburg and the Jourist Quartet present an extraordinary concert project: Vivaldi’s famous »Four Seasons« meet Efim Jourist’s Russian Seasons and Astor Piazzolla’s Argentine Seasons. Three cultures, three worlds of sound, twelve musical character sketches – passionate, virtuosic and full of contrasts. The Jourist Quartet continues the musical legacy of its namesake, the internationally renowned bayan virtuoso and composer Efim Jourist, with great dedication, bringing his expressiveness and joie de vivre to life.
