Can hope alleviate suffering?

Can love conquer hate?
Driven by longing and hope, we embark on a journey in search of a dream. Somewhere, freedom must be found. On the high seas? In distant ports? In long-forgotten childhood memories? In true love? Somewhere, between homesickness and wanderlust, we want to live for it. And we could die for it. For it is said that only where freedom is lived can peace prevail.
French singer Véronique Elling makes a strong musical statement with unforgettable masterpieces and newly discovered treasures from Aznavour, Barbara, Brel, Gréco, Montant, Moustaki, Piaf, Trenet… and some of her own compositions.
