The Limelight Gallery presents iconic rock photographs by some of the world’s most renowned photographic artists. Over the course of decades, Neal Preston, Bob Gruen, Henry Diltz, and other exceptional photographers have documented the history of rock music—and, through their images, helped shape it. Photographs of Queen, John Lennon, Led Zeppelin, and legends from Woodstock have long since become part of our collective rock-music memory.

Wolfgang Lücke, Managing Director of the Limelight Gallery, notes: “These photographs are sure to make any rock fan’s heart beat faster; they perfectly capture the spirit of rock ’n’ roll while simultaneously standing as timeless works of photographic art.” The gallery’s location—within *stilwerk*, a true mecca for design and furniture—could not be more fitting.

A particular highlight of the exhibition is the work of Neal Preston. In one of its recent issues, *Rolling Stone* magazine featured an extensive portfolio of his work, hailing this exceptional American photographer as the “chronicler of the golden days of rock.”

In addition to the photographs on display, visitors can purchase or order selected works and books on site.
