Speaker: Helge Masch - Why are some plants poisonous and how can they be identified?
Poisonous plants unfortunately have no natural markings. It's impossible to tell from the outside whether a plant is poisonous or not. On this guided tour, participants will learn about plants that they should only look at and not touch or eat. No prior botanical knowledge is necessary.
Note: A poisonous plant has never attacked a human!
Hortus is the Latin word for garden. The courses entitled "Garden Knowledge @hortus" take place as in-person events in the Botanical Garden.
A donation of two euros per person is requested (children free).
