Gardening knowledge for children between 6 and 12 years old and their grandparents/parents in the Wandsbek Botanical Garden
On this guided tour, participants will delve into the world of plants. Many fascinating things can be observed, including plants that move, those that eat animals or even other plants, and those that eventually strangle their supporting partners. Perhaps, during this joint expedition, plant predators might even be caught in the act. Are humans sometimes attacked by plants, too? With a little cooperation and a bit of common sense, all participants will, of course, complete the tour unscathed! The journey of discovery leads through the greenhouse and the outdoor area of the special garden.
The guided tour takes place in the outdoor area of the Wandsbek Botanical Garden at Walddörferstraße 273.
Hortus is the Latin word for garden. The courses entitled "Garden Knowledge @hortus" take place as in-person events in the Botanical Garden.
A donation of two euros per person is requested (children free).
