with Helge Masch - Without flowers and the resulting fruits, propagation and preservation of the species are not possible for plants.

This guided garden tour will introduce participants to flower structure and different flower and fruit shapes. Furthermore, various pollination strategies will be presented, and the question of how to avoid harmful inbreeding in the plant kingdom will be answered.

Hortus is the Latin word for garden. The courses entitled "Garden Knowledge @hortus" take place as in-person events in the Botanical Garden.
