Initial situation
The working world has become more demanding. Changes happen faster, decisions become more complex, and the tone is harsher. Furthermore, women* often face specific challenges that differ from those faced by their male colleagues. In this workshop, you will strengthen your personal presence and develop the confidence to act convincingly, even in challenging situations.

Content and working methods
The Charlatan Theater is a safe rehearsal space for everyday professional life. On stage, you can rehearse in real-life scenarios, test new behaviors, and experience the impact you actually have. You will be accompanied by the experienced trainer and actress, Susanne Pollmeier, who, with empathy, humor, and professional feedback, creates a learning environment where development comes easily. Together, we work practically on inner attitudes as well as body language, voice, and presence. This way, you learn to take charge of your space, anchor your messages effectively, and remain calm under pressure.
