During Hamburg Beer Week from August 20–30, 2026, ÜberQuell invites you to an interactive brewing course at Hamburg Harbour on Sunday, August 30.
Together with certified brewmaster Dirk, you’ll brew your own Pale Ale at one of four brewing stations. Forget dry theory: for four hours, you’ll crush malt, mash in, explore different hops and get hands-on with the brewing process.
Along the way, you’ll taste five different ÜberQuell beers, hear stories from the world of brewing and take an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of our large brewing system.
Whether you’re brewing for the first time or already know your way around beer, the course is for anyone who wants to experience real brewing craft and enjoy a few great beers along the way.
