Mornings=0D=0Aare dedicated to parkour training: vaults, balance, jumps, rolls and=0D=0Amuch more. Obstacles get tackled in all kinds of ways and with a lot=0D=0Aof fun. Those who already know the basics get tips and tricks to=0D=0Asharpen their technique; complete beginners are introduced to the=0D=0Asport gently and at their own pace. By the end of the week,=0D=0Aparticipants can take our "Parkour Licence" test and will be ready to=0D=0Ajoin our free training sessions and open sessions.=0D=0A=0D=0AAfter a shared lunch (freshly prepared on-site and included in the=0D=0Aprice), the afternoons offer plenty of variety: free parkour training,=0D=0Atrying out grappling with our BJJ black belt, learning flips, and —=0D=0Afor those who fancy it — wood carving.
