Various events within the festival=0D=0Awill bring the history (and stories) of the queer community in Hamburg=0D=0Ato life. Everyone is welcome – Kings, Quings, Queens, Allies,=0D=0AFriends, (chosen) Families, and everyone in between and beyond!=0D=0A=0D=0AEvent=0D=0A=0D=0AIn Hinterconti, a space for shared remembrance is created: The 2003=0D=0ADrag Olympics, queer interventions and political struggles are brought=0D=0Ato life from different perspectives and connected with current issues=0D=0A– an open project between past, present and future impulses for=0D=0Aaction.=0D=0A=0D=0AA project of shared remembrance in Hinterconti, focusing on the Drag=0D=0AOlympics, which took place in 2003 in the square in front of the Rote=0D=0AFlora. A precursor to this project was a Blessless residency in=0D=0AHinterconti in 2022, during which we spent an afternoon collecting and=0D=0Areviewing materials and digitally mapping some initial aspects.=0D=0A=0D=0AWe will be performing at the Hinterconti on Friday and Saturday and=0D=0Awill invite representatives of the participating drag gangs and people=0D=0Afrom the audience at that time to take part in the joint remembrance.=0D=0A=0D=0AThe space will be open from midday until early evening.
