To celebrate life, to walk the long path in harmony with our heartbeat, and to explore the reasons for our existence - like a mighty cedar tree with numerous roots that makes connections, we meet people along our way.
Inspired by the wisdom of the cedar tree, the dancers of the SZENE 2WEI dance company explore the theme of joie de vivre and their connection to nature, expressing it in diverse, moving images. The dance explores these themes in greater depth and integrates various elements of contemporary dance theater.
Sounds complicated? It's like a root growing to the treetop—a metaphor for the journey between darkness and light, between life and death. ZEDER is more than just a dance piece; it's an invitation to energize and celebrate the foundation of life—together and for one another.
