...for the perfect start to the day! Mindful movements, the sound of the sea, the wind and the fine sand under your feet make a morning on the beach something very special. Your body is stretched well in the yoga poses, your heart is opened and your lungs are fully ventilated. Unlike in the studio, we have to constantly realign ourselves on this special surface, which is the perfect training for everyday life, against dementia and for a balanced being.
The authentic and very experienced yoga teacher from einfachnuryoga finds the perfect variation of an exercise for every body, so that even absolute beginners will feel like moving. This yoga session is rounded off with a nice tea round and valuable encounters.
