Yoga Gentle and Flowing (Studio & Online)



In this Hatha Yoga course, we focus on what the body is telling us, practise rather gently (which does not mean less intensively) and re-establish a connection between body and mind. We practise asanas (yoga postures), breathing exercises (pranayama) and concentration and relaxation techniques.

However, by practicing the exercises regularly, many people begin to change on a subtle level. Through the constant alternation between tension and relaxation and the targeted and conscious attention to breathing, you achieve physical, mental and spiritual balance when practising the asanas (postures in yoga).

Physical and mental tensions are released and a high level of concentration is achieved. Satisfaction and quality of life are restored.

Please note: the courses are offered online via Zoom and in the studio.
