Den Tag ausklingen lassen, mit dir im Mittelpunkt. 

Ein sanfter Yogaflow zum Ankommen, Kräftigen und 

Loslassen. Für Frauen, die sich eine Stunde nur für sich 

wünschen – mit Bewegung, Achtsamkeit und Entspannung. 60 

Minuten, die dir gehören in einer angenehmen kleinen Gruppe. 

Du brauchst keine Vorkenntnisse – nur dich selbst. 

Die Plätze sind begrenzt – sichere dir jetzt deine Auszeit
