You want to explore the world of wild herbs with all your senses and want to know more about the wild greenery and especially how it is used. Then the herb course is right for you. First we go out into nature together for about an hour and then we cook or bake something together, which we of course enjoy in a relaxed atmosphere. We also make something, whether it is an ointment, making a tincture or an oxymel. While we are working together, we have time to exchange ideas about recipes, possible uses and tips and tricks for herbs and to share our experiences and anecdotes.
