Drawing on release-based techniques, communication through touch, and Rhys’ background in both Hip Hop and contemporary dance, these workshops will guide participants through sequences of flow, contact partner work, rhythm, and musicality. We will focus on pushing our physicality with these techniques while maintaining a high level of sensitivity and awareness to respond to the atmosphere and camaraderie we create in the studio.
