The Weissmann technique is a structured, holistic contemporary technique with roots in modern dance. Yoga poses move into longer technical combinations, exploring weight, volume, connections, transitions and space. Musicality is a key component in this training. The class taps into a wide range of movement qualities and challenges the dancer to move through space with clarity and abandonment.
