What is Within Talk?
More depth, genuine connection, inspiration. That's exactly what Within Talk is for.
A space for women who, caught between everyday life, to-do lists and existential questions, feel: There are even more topics that move me – including those we talk about far too rarely.
Within Talk is a monthly live event for women that combines exchange, inspiration, and self-reflection. Each session focuses on us as women – with an expert and new perspectives on topics such as mental health, relationships, self-image, career, creativity, and social change.

with Lisa Opel
Lisa Opel is an author, speaker, and pleasure advocate—and she loves talking about desire, fantasies, and genuine, unvarnished eroticism. With her books and other formats, she brings a fresh, honest, and humorous perspective to conversations about sexuality. Known for her TEDx talk, her podcast "Deep & Dirty," and media appearances, among other things, she inspires people to explore their own desires—without taboos, but with ease and self-determination.
In her talk, Lisa takes you on an honest, empowering exploration of your own desires:
What do you really want?
What might still be holding you back?
And how do you get from "okay" to "truly fulfilling"?
We always invite a speaker who shares her own experiences, provides insights, and sparks a discussion. Afterwards, participants break into moderated groups for genuine conversations rather than small talk.

And, if you feel like developing yourself further in connection with other women – openly, respectfully and without judgment.
Our space
Within Talk is a safe space where everyone decides for themselves how much they want to share. Everything is optional. We treat each other with respect, appreciation, and without judgment, especially when discussing sensitive topics like sexuality.
Come as you feel comfortable. There's no dress code; the only important thing is that you feel safe and completely yourself.
