Four decades in harmony: 40th anniversary of the town twinning between Shanghai and Hamburg

In 2026, the successful town twinning between Shanghai and Hamburg will mark its 40th anniversary. This anniversary is to be celebrated with a special cultural highlight, in which outstanding musical talents from the Shanghai Conservatory of Music, together with their Soloists Chamber Ensemble, will form a joint orchestra alongside master’s students from the Hamburg University of Music and Theatre and young top talents from The Young Classx.
