THE AXIS SYLLABUS - MOVING WITH EASE

A one-time accreditation is required for participation in the professional training. The accreditation allows you to purchase tickets for the professional training. Click here for the conditions of participation.

The training focuses on the observation of curves and spirals in the anatomy of the body and the potential to use these in movement. Tools from The Axis Syllabus are used to combine knowledge from the fields of biomechanics, anatomy and physics. Floorwork and movement sequences in space give participants the opportunity to explore their own anatomy and coordination. The aim is to strengthen ways of jumping, landing, rolling and flying smoothly and powerfully.
