Tell me your story - Talking to each other instead of about each other

Tell me your Story invites people from Wismar and the surrounding area to meet, network and exchange ideas in the museum once a month.

The Tell me your Story event series was created in 2023 as part of the 360° cultural promotion program and invites you to a kind of storytelling salon once a month. In the spirit of the Hanseatic City of Wismar's intercultural openness and welcoming culture, Tell me your Story welcomes regular guests as well as people from the surrounding area or those who have just arrived in the Hanseatic City of Wismar and are now looking to settle in.

The main purpose of the program is to exchange ideas with and get to know other residents of the Hanseatic city. Participants can bring their own stories on the respective topics and share them or simply listen to the experiences of others. As part of Tell me your Story, we also regularly welcome experts who underpin the jointly defined topics with specialist knowledge and open up unexpected perspectives.
