Ritual dance weekend workshop with Stephanie Bangoura and Massa Dembélé
Look forward to a dance jam to get you started, and optionally, a whole weekend of dance experiences, where you'll be carried along by the group. Live musicians from Africa will accompany you. Feel, express, and let go. Art, dance therapy, and spirituality flow together.
Friday: 6:00-9:00 PM Dance Jam
Saturday: 10:00-18:00
Sunday: 10:00-15:00
In the dance of liberation, we find access to the power of our aggression. Aggression helps us make decisions and cut off unwanted connections.
All bodies and dance experience levels welcome.
