Anniversary Exhibition Marking 30 Years of the Gadebusch Coin Festival
In the museum lobby, there is a small anniversary exhibition marking the 30th Coin Festival as well as the 20th anniversary of the museum complex. Following a call for photos from the residents of Gadebusch, more than 140 photos were selected—from the “coin fairies” to “300 Years of the Battle of Gadebusch,” featuring celebrities, a diverse stage program, and colorful parades, there’s plenty to discover. A small highlight is the collection of over 30 minted coins and commemorative coins from recent years of the Coin Festival.
This photo exhibition not only offers a cross-section of the town’s history but also connects the past and present of the Coin Festival’s 30-year history.
