Singing liberates body and soul, demonstrably makes you happy, and is even more fun with others. So, let's get started!
Led by Suely Lauar, the Singing Sues invite everyone to join them in singing well-known and beloved songs at the Altona Cultural Church. From Irish folk hits like "Wellerman," "Molly Malone," and "Danny Boy" to pop anthems such as "Africa," "California Dreamin'," "Hotel California," "For the Longest Time," and "Shallow," the audience can expect a varied and captivating singalong experience.
The lyrics are projected directly above the stage on a large screen, making it easy for everyone to sing along. Suely Lauar, an experienced and captivating choir director and pianist, and her Singing Sues on stage are on hand to help those who are unsure of the melody.
All of this combined makes for an evening full of good cheer – perfect for singing along, snapping your fingers, and tapping your feet, and a lively weekend. And those who don't want to sing but simply listen to the songs are warmly invited to enjoy the evening as a concert.
