Second KON-Takte - Concert 2026 at the Schwerin Conservatory

Excellence concert with students from the preparatory department

At the 2nd concert in the KON-Takte 2026 series on Friday, 13.03.2026 at 7 p.m., the musically talented young musicians of the Schwerin Conservatory will take to the stage in the Brigitte Feldtmann Saal at Puschkinstraße 6. The highly motivated and excellently supported students will present the results of their training in the preparatory department. At this Excellence Concert, they also have the opportunity to take part of their annual examinations - incidentally, these are the only examinations at the conservatory.

The program is once again very varied. Even though it is becoming increasingly difficult to succeed in a musical profession, some students at the conservatory want to realize their dream of turning their hobby into a career. Every year, some of them manage to get one of the coveted places at a music college. Since 1990, 125 graduates of our municipal music school have chosen a music-related profession.

We look forward to welcoming all concert-goers. Selected catering before the event and during the interval from the Kreislaufhelden gUG team will provide suitable culinary accompaniment.

Admission to the event on 13.03.2026 costs 6 euros, concessions 4 euros. Tickets can be reserved by emailing Ms. Semlow at dsemlow@schwerin.de.
