Andreas Pflüger was born in October 1957. He is from the Saarland and has lived in Berlin for many years. His extensive work includes documentary films, works for the theater, radio plays, screenplays and novels. Pflüger deals with the world of the secret service in a highly exciting literary way, drawing on his astonishing insider knowledge. His novels have received numerous awards; most recently, he was awarded the German Crime Fiction Prize for 2023.
