Pilates for Professionals supports body awareness, strength, mobility and healthy alignment. The practice offers dance practitioners a focused way to train the body, develop greater awareness of movement and sustainably expand their physical practice. Exercises combine precise, controlled movement with breath and concentration and can be adapted to different bodies and experience levels. The class is led by certified BASI® Pilates trainer Monique Smith-McDowell.

After the regular professional training session: Pilates complements the morning session. You can take part using your professional training ticket. If you combine the professional training session with Pilates, you only pay for one ticket.
