All picture book cinemas are free of charge, start at 3.30 pm and last approx. 15 minutes. They are suitable for children aged 4 - 6 years. Subject to change without notice.
At the picture book cinema, children look together at the pictures of a picture book on a screen while the story is read to them. The children can experience imaginative and exciting stories together, discover details in the pictures and answer questions. In this way, they learn how to handle books, listen to and understand stories and are introduced to literature and reading in a playful way.
Squirrel can't believe his eyes when he sleepily crawls out of his tree one morning: everything outside is white. No wonder, because it is winter and it has snowed overnight. Snow? Squirrel has never heard of it. But luckily he has his best friend, Bird, who shows him how much fun it can be. That's right, Squirrel thinks, a snowball fight is really great. But when he wakes up the next morning excited and looking forward to even more great games in the snow, the white splendor is already gone again.
