The class mixes practices such as improvisation, light acrobatics, partnering work and floorwork. There is a clear emphasis on refining movement patterns, body awareness and group connectivity. During the warmup, work in couples or bigger constellations increases the quality of attention and nourishes the body posture. Set floor-work material moves the participants softly in dynamic positions and places emphasis on the aliveness of the spine and the vitality of the hips-feet connection. Longer combinations play with rhythm, memory and movement precision.
