On a walk along the shore of Lake Schwerin, we discover the autumn scenery and birdlife.

The castle is sure to catch everyone’s eye, but there’s so much more to discover at Lake Schwerin. On a walk along the shore, we’ll explore the autumn scenery and birdlife. This free event is part of the EU’s Natura 2000 project “Schweriner Seen.” It’s open to people of all ages and is accessible to wheelchair users and those with strollers. Feel free to bring binoculars.

  • Meeting point: “Gartenportal” on the south side of Schwerin Castle
  • Duration: about 1 ½ hours (+ ½ hour for the return trip).
