This class starts with a dynamic warm-up to activate specific aspects of urban and contemporary techniques such as flow, shift of movement qualities, floorwork, improvisation, inner/outer awareness and musicality. The practice then introduces movement phrases with a particular focus on space and movement dynamics. Kirill’s varied dance background results in a unique, natural and organic fusion of movement language that is strongly driven by inner strength, flow and availability.
