The training draws upon the tools of release technique and aims to create an understanding of shifting weight and the space between us and the floor. Clear coordination is practised with the principles of pushing, pulling, rolling and gliding. In this way, these basic movements are given dynamics. The training begins with body- and space-conscious floor work. This is followed by movement sequences on all levels of the room, which demand continuous reconfiguration of forms and thus strengthen the awareness of the active decisions one makes. In this way, the body is not perceived as a fixed entity, but as matter in constant transformation.
