With its spring concert "Missa," the Hamburg State Youth Choir presents an extraordinary choral program: The concert unites all the elements of the Mass – Kyrie, Gloria, Credo, Sanctus, and Agnus Dei – in settings from the Renaissance, Romantic, and modern periods. The result is a multifaceted Mass of our time – solemn, rich in contrasts, and deeply moving. Different musical languages merge into a cohesive whole, making the timeless message of the Mass accessible anew across eras.
