The art of conscious walking

Those who move mindfully can become part of nature.

We turn a walk in the countryside into a lively and refreshing mindfulness practice. This does not require an extraordinary destination, no, we stay true to our urban surroundings. Because living mindfulness should always and everywhere find a place in our everyday lives.

In nature, it is easier for us to sense when we are preoccupied with our thoughts and when we are open to the reality of the moment. Into this reality we gradually reawaken and sharpen our senses. We practise adopting an open and interested attitude and perceiving our surroundings with an unbiased eye.
