The "Papillon Puppet Theatre" performs in the Loki Schmidt Garden.
From July 19 to August 31, 2025, Thomas Zürn's Marionette Theatre will pitch its white tent for a summer season in the open-air area of the Loki Schmidt Garden.
The program includes “Wind in the Willows,” a poetic puppet theater based on a novel by Kanneth Grahame for adults and children ages 5 and up, “Pepino and the Artists,” an artistic puppet theater by Thomas Zürn for children ages 4 and up, and “The Emperor and the Nightingale,” based on a fairy tale by H. Chr. Andersen, for adults and children ages 6 and up.

Performances daily except Mondays and Tuesdays.
(No performance on Wed., 06 August) Special performances on request
Admission:
14 € / 10 € reduced
Reduced admission for children, pupils, students, and people with disabilities.
