Hamburg, June 16, 2025 – The Hamburg district of Lurup warmly invites everyone to a joyous summer festival on Saturday, July 12, 2025! From 12:00 noon to 7:00 p.m., the new Stadtteilcampus at Flurstraße 15 will be transformed into a lively festival site full of music, games, fun, and culinary delights—a day for celebrating, participating, and enjoying together for all generations.
A Colorful Program for Everyone
Look forward to a multilingual and varied stage program featuring a total of 13 bands, as well as musical and dance performances that will guarantee a great atmosphere. At over 40 stalls, Lurup’s clubs, residents, and institutions invite you to discover the diverse neighborhood and their offerings.
For children, there’s a magical bouncy castle, and for all ages, exciting sports and games such as go-kart races, basketball, tin can throwing, and egg-and-spoon races. Creative workshops, an exhibition, and skill games provide varied entertainment, even during quieter moments. The Lurup volunteer fire brigade adds to the fun with their large fire engine and provides cooling refreshments if needed.
Fun, Glitter, and Polaroids
Young festival-goers can transform themselves into colorful birds with face painting, braiding, and glitter tattoos, while adults can adorn themselves with temporary henna tattoos. Those who wish can capture their look of the day at the Polaroid booth and take home a souvenir.
Delicious Variety for Every Taste
The culinary offerings are as colorful and diverse as Lurup itself: savory and sweet treats, as well as refreshing drinks, invite you to feast and linger. Bring your appetite and enjoy the relaxed summer atmosphere together with neighbors and friends.

The Stadtteilcampus Lurup at Flurstraße 15 is a new event location, well connected by bus lines 2 and 3, and is barrier-free. Here, we’ll meet on July 12th for crafting, dancing, running, rolling, eating, and above all, for cheerful togetherness. Come by and celebrate with us!
