Kirsten Möllgaard, the second chairwoman of the "Schleswig-Holstein Cheese Route", presents twelve different cheese specialties. In a convivial atmosphere, she provides information about the production, product information and origin of the cheese and tells a number of "cheese stories" in a relaxed manner. There are also four suitable quality wines, fresh bread and delicious sour cream butter, all in all "filling". This culinary journey is therefore definitely recommended instead of a homely evening meal.
