We will be telling the story "A Very Special Christmas Present" by Heidemarie Brosche and Andrea Hebrock using Kamishibai. In this storytelling theater, large picture cards are inserted into a wooden frame and shown to accompany the story.
On Christmas morning, the little wild boar searches for food in the deep snow – and actually finds a bright yellow ear of corn. As the boar tries to take its treasure home, it encounters a mouse. And the mouse isn't the only one who's hungry on this cold winter day. So the ear of corn travels from animal to animal…
