Where is it going and what is my heart suffering from? It often moves into the past or the future; into memories and expectations and suffers from own conditioning and projections; of entanglements and fearful patterns.
Where can it go back to? It may return to the presence of the present moment and the awareness and awareness of what is. There the heart can experience a reality that it opens and can heal. Combined with the healing power of the present, the experience of a spiritual dimension can become conscious that wants to be visible to me, in me and through me in every moment of my life in the world and in my everyday life.
design elements
In simple and guided meditation times we can experience the healing power of being present. The singing of spiritual songs, mantras, content-related impulses, dialogue, agreed times of silence, body and breathing exercises are the recurring design elements. The monastic atmosphere and nature support the simple processes.
