Heider Marktstrand - summery beach feeling on the Heider market square with sporting events
The Heider Marktstrand is built from May to September on the east side of the market square, with the popular sports arena in the middle for the volleyball tournament lasting several weeks and other fun/athletic and musical events.
Various events are planned again, from live music, theme parties, and various tastings to girls' evenings and student nights with generous discounts. After testing a cocktail machine last year, the new operators are opting for a smaller cocktail menu this year, but with fresh, hand-mixed products.
For your culinary needs, a variety of delicious pizzas and tarte flambée, including vegetarian and vegan options, and nachos are offered in the evenings. During the day, a fish cart rounds out the culinary offerings.
Of course, the popular Beach Volleyball Cup is a must. With strong support from Stadtwerke Heide, volleyballs fly over the net until the final point is scored, and the winning team climbs to the podium this summer. The schedule and rules are available at www.heide-stadtmarketing.de

Mondays – Thursdays from 4 pm to 10 pm
Fridays from 2 pm to 11 pm
Saturdays from 10am - 11pm
Sundays from 11am - 10pm
to flea markets from 9 am to 11 pm

Daily from 11am - 6pm
