Actively healthy in Sukow: tips, trends and hands-on activities relating to nutrition, exercise and well-being

The first Health Day in Sukow invites visitors of all ages to discover health, well-being and prevention in a diverse and practical way. Around 20 regional exhibitors will present their offerings in the village community center and provide exciting insights into topics such as nutrition, exercise, skin care, yoga, naturopathy and micronutrients. The program also includes information on care, health in old age and support options for everyday life.

In addition to traditional information stands, guests can expect a varied range of hands-on activities :

In short lectures, practical demonstrations and interactive activities , interested parties can try out various approaches directly and take away new ideas for a healthy life.

The Health Day is deliberately designed to be open and lively - visitors can move around freely, engage in conversation and discover individually tailored offers.

The day is rounded off with healthy smoothies, small snacks, cakes and teas. A raffle with attractive prizes will also provide entertainment for young and old.
