The Hatha Yoga style combines meditation, breathing exercises, a warm-up phase, several asanas and a final relaxation. The asanas are practiced individually, so it will not be several asanas connected to a "flow". In addition, in Hatha Yoga emphasis is placed on attentive, conscious execution of attitudes. This gentle form of yoga releases tension, mobilizes and vitalises the body and thus creates room for a wide, free breathing. It brings you to yourself, into feeling and letting go. This course is also great for beginners.
