Hatha Yoga gentle

Thursday, 08/10/2026 / 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM / Einfach nur Yoga

simplynuryoga in Thurow 18, 23948 Klütz

The course wants to help to slow down in a time where it is all about getting a lot done quickly. We focus on what the body tells us, practice rather gently (which does not mean less intense) and reconnect body and mind while learning the asanas (yoga postures) and concentration exercises.

Pick up from Boltenhagen if needed.

Course fee: 19 €
