Great Kamchatka Wilderness

Kamchatka - The adventurer's dream in the far east of Russia

You have to see it, experience it and feel it. It is perhaps one of the last great adventures on our planet. Lonely, wild, untouched, hostile to human life and yet breathtakingly beautiful! Landscapes like on the moon or on another planet. Much of it seems unreal, bizarre, dark, magical. However, kilometers further on, another world, trackless tundra and taiga. Finding words for this archaic landscape. Difficult. As an expedition, we set off on foot with a tent and rucksack to the highest active volcano in Eurasia, the Klyushevskaya Sopka (4.750m), through the Kronotzki Biosphere Reserve, with all its highlights, Valley of Geysers, Uzon Caldera, Death Valley, Lake Kronotzki, volcanoes, moors and swamps, flora of the tundra and taiga and encounters with the large Kamchatka brown bears, ... . An adventure of superlatives. On bear trails to the origins of life, you can hardly experience Kamchatka more intensively! In his authentic live multivision reportage, Ralf Schwan reports and shows a fascinatingly spectacular nature experience and exciting moments of the adventure expedition "Great Kamchatka Wilderness".

I look forward to seeing you!
