Mindfulness in the Kalkberg Cave
Enjoy the silence of the cave world Mindfulness in the Kalkberghöhle Immerse yourself in the silence of the millennia-old Segeberger Kalkberghöhle and find your inner peace. We meditate in absolute darkness in the largest and most beautiful hall of the cave, far from the noise of the city and electronic devices. Meditation is a proven method to calm the mind, can reduce stress, and promote joy in life.
Duration: 45 min, as well as by private arrangement

In the cave, it is rather cool at about 10 degrees - we recommend sturdy footwear and a light jacket.
