Garden knowledge for children between 6 and 12 years and their grandparents in the Botanical Special Garden Wandsbek
The "Tree Memory" is an opportunity for children between the ages of six and twelve to learn to recognize and differentiate between different types of trees in a playful way. To begin with, there is a tour of the garden, which is accompanied by a quiz in which the children have to actively think. Then a memory game is played in which different parts of different trees have to be correctly assigned.
The tour takes place in the open air of the Wandsbek Botanical Special Garden at Walddörferstraße 273.
Hortus is the Latin word for garden. The offers entitled “Garden Knowledge @hortus” take place as in-person events in the Botanical Special Garden.
A donation of two euros per person is requested (children free).
