    The class blends contemporary dance techniques as release with somatic and breathwork practices. Focus lies on mobility, spatial awareness, weight, and musicality through repetitive sound loops. The training enhances body-mind connection, builds endurance, and invites dancers to move beyond habitual patterns toward a more grounded, responsive body.
